& yesterday jogging was quite funny
1st, my shoe de bottom came off. de 1 which gives you friction.

so they(zg&dedrick) ask us g0 back cuz they were running infront

den we decided 2 cross de road, run a short distance & cross back, avoiding de monkey

& den we continued running

so ya anyway
IM VERY PROUD OF MYSELF!! *patspats*

previously when i ran wifout stopping, 5km, was abt 45mins
bt yesterday i ran 5km, & it was 40mins.
but dats INCLUDING monkey, sole & when i ran back i was standing around 4 a short while b4 going 2 see the time.
& when i saw de time it was 7.00pm. when i ran at 6.20pm.

& den so i decided 2 estimate de monkey+sole+a little delay of checking time = 5mins
not too bad wad, 5mins.
it means i ran 5km in 35MINS!!
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!

(ya i noe it aint fast. wadever. i improved 10mins ok!!)

next goal:5km in half an hour!!
